Free Halloween Open House

This Halloween, Santa Rosa Water is opening the doors (creaky noise) to the Laguna Treatment Plant for Trick-or-Treatment: Mysteries of the Laguna Treatment Plant, a free and spooky open house where the community can get a behind-the-scenes look at how wastewater is treated and learn more about the people, science and equipment that help keep our community healthy and our waterways clean and protected.

Family-friendly costumes are encouraged.

Join for Spooktacular Activities for ALL Ages

There will be something for visitors of all ages, including spooky science, hands-on activities, equipment demonstrations, food, candy, giveaways and more. Costumes are encouraged!

Admission to the open house is free, and no RSVP is required to attend.

Guided Facility Tours (Ages 10+)

Want to see more of what happens inside the treatment plant? Sign up for a tour.

Guided facility tours will give visitors ages 10 and older a closer look at the wastewater treatment process and the facilities where it happens.
Special-edition dungeon excursion. For this spooktacular event only, explore the underground of the plant. Requires attendees to walk up and down a flight of stairs.
Tour registration is required in advance. Space is limited, so visitors interested in taking a tour are encouraged to reserve a spot early.

Tours are available for ages 10 and older.
Pre-registration is required.
Tour spaces are limited.
Closed-toe shoes are required.
For safety, costumes should not impede your ability to see or walk safely.
Tour registration is separate from general attendance at the open house.
