Join for a festive, free autumn celebration at the Laguna Environmental Center. Take a guided walk through the native plant demonstration garden at 11:00am or 12:00pm, explore the beautiful grounds, and visit Spirit of My Homeland, a new exhibit in Heron Hall featuring the work of artist Gloria Armstrong. The exhibit celebrates cultural connection, family, and place through artwork rooted in lived experience and local landscapes.

As part of the day’s festivities, the Milo Baker Chapter of the California Native Plant Society will host their annual native plant sale in their shared nursery. Browse a wide selection of Sonoma County native plants, get personalized recommendations from knowledgeable CNPS volunteers throughout the nursery, and shop with confidence knowing the plants are grown in an AIR-certified nursery, which follows best practices to help prevent the spread of harmful plant pathogens. Every purchase also supports the Milo Baker Chapter’s annual fundraiser, helping advance native plant education and conservation in our region.

Enjoy a hands-on nature activity hosted by the Laguna Foundation, meet their staff and volunteers, and discover ways to get involved in protecting and restoring the Laguna de Santa Rosa.
