Marin California Native Plant Society

Warm days and winter rains mean the growing season is upon us. It’s a perfect time of year to work in your garden. Need pollinator plants? Food for birds? Shrubbery to hide a fence? Deer-resistant shrubs? Marin CNPS will have it—and more! They’ve been working hard to collate a terrific selection of plants for the spring sale, with choices for all kinds of microclimates and sun exposures.

They will have a wide range of flowering shrubs, perennials and annuals—old favorites and some new choices as well. All of these species offer great options for increasing the biodiversity in your yard.

There will be an in-person plant sale on Saturday April 18th from 10:30am-1:30pm at the Bon Air Center parking lot. We’ll be offering the species that didn’t sell out through the online sale so it will not be a comprehensive selection. If you really want to be assured of getting something specific, please order early through the online site, which goes live on Thursday, April 9th at 6pm and closes Monday, April 13th at 6pm. If you didn’t get a chance to order online or you would like to see the plants in person, come browse. They will be accepting cash, checks and Visa credit cards.
